Mauricio Zuazua

Mauricio Zuazua was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Sustained Infrastructure Holding Company (SISCO Holding) effective April 19, 2026, bringing over 25 years of global executive leadership experience across infrastructure, transportation, logistics, and industrial sectors in the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and Asia. Zuazua holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Tec de Monterrey.

With a background in engineering, Zuazua has spent 25 years solving problems with business and public-sector leaders across the Americas, Asia, Middle East, and Africa. In the public sector, he supported leaders on national transformation programs including policy, strategy, design, and execution of major urban, mobility, security, and industrial infrastructure projects.
