Lisa Weaver-Lambert

Lisa Weaver-Lambert is a technology, data, and AI specialist appointed as Managing Director in Interpath's Strategy and Value Creation practice. In this role, she works to enhance the firm's support to investors and businesses accelerate growth and drive efficiency with help from data modernisation and AI. She works closely with Nathan McCarthy, Interpath's Strategy and Value Creation Global Head, applying her blend of expertise in private equity, data modernisation, and AI to help clients accelerate growth and drive efficiency across the full deal lifecycle, from due diligence and carve-outs through to value capture and exit readiness.

Lisa earned her degrees from the University of Lancaster and ESCP Business School in Paris, strengthening her qualifications through executive programs at MIT Sloan School of Management and UC Berkeley School of Information. Her career began in the financial services, focusing on acquisition, retention, and fraud detection programs, and she has partnered with renowned brands, earning recognition as a leading woman in technology.

She also co-hosted The Private Equity Technology Podcast, which explored the role of technology within the investment landscape. Lisa serves as an advisory board member at Lumenalta, a custom software development company, and previously served as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee of Capital City College Group.
