Les Gombik

Les Gombik is the managing partner of Caldwell's prairie region with more than 30 years of executive & board search and human resources experience. Gombik was recently named co-managing partner of Caldwell's Industrial Practice alongside Amanda Henkel, jointly leading the firm's largest sector practices. His particular focus is on board and senior executive positions for commercially oriented, public, private and private equity-backed enterprises within the industrial, consumer and financial services sectors.

Prior to joining Caldwell, Les worked for a leading international human resources consulting firm, where he engaged with hundreds of organizations to help them address their talent and engagement issues. Les has a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University and obtained his ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2012. He is also a former local Chapter Alumni president of Western University.
