Kristin Feitzinger

Kristin M. Feitzinger serves as Chair of the Board of Cornerstone Research, a leading provider of economic and financial consulting and expert testimony. She was elected to the position in January 2025, succeeding Michael D. Topper. Feitzinger has more than three decades of experience addressing securities and valuation issues arising in class actions, breach of contract, and general damages litigation.

She holds a B.S. and M.S. from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her educational background in engineering and business positions her at the intersection of technical analysis and financial expertise that defines her consulting practice.

Notable case victories include a complete defendant victory in JDS Uniphase, class certification success in In re FibroGen Inc. Securities Litigation, and summary judgment rulings in Murphy v. Precision Castparts and In re Cloudera Inc. Securities Litigation. She also provides valuation analyses for breach of contract claims, IPOs, and M&A transactions.
