Khalid Al Zarooni

Khalid Al Zarooni serves as Chairman of DP World International League T20, the UAE's premier franchise cricket tournament. He is also Vice Chairman of the Emirates Cricket Board and a Director of the Al Zarooni Group of Companies, one of Dubai's largest construction companies. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska.

Under his leadership as Chairman since 2022, the DP World ILT20 has grown significantly, with Season 1 in 2023 delivering 34 matches to 367 million global viewers and Season 2 in 2024 reaching over 400 million viewers. Al Zarooni also holds the position of Vice-Chairman of the Emirates Cricket Board. He has overseen the league's expansion into the Gulf region, including a 2025 partnership with the Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation.
