Khaled Ballow

Khalid Ali A. Ballow was appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Company (SAICO) effective May 21, 2026, following board approval on May 20, 2026. The appointment was confirmed as permanent CEO effective October 22, 2026. Ballow brings over 27 years of insurance leadership experience, of which 16 years are with SAICO.

Ballow earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, Egypt in 2008, a Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Sciences from King Saud University, Riyadh in 1998, and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry in 2003. He also holds a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Professional Diploma from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance.
