Kamel Alqalam

Kamel Badee Alqalam was appointed as Managing Director of Cenomi Centers in June 2025. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering–Structures from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (1988–1990) and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the States of Georgia and Arizona.

Alqalam has held multiple leadership positions, including Executive Director & Managing Director at Arabian Centres Co. from 2022, Director at FAS Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. from 2017, and Director at Echo Architecture (UK) Ltd. from 2016. He brings experience from previous roles at Fawaz Al Hokair Group, Lynx Contracting Company, and Fawaz Abdul Aziz Al Hokair Real Estate Co.
