Jordan Peer Griffin

Jordan Peer Griffin is an Executive Managing Director of H.I.G. Capital and Global Head of Capital Formation, leading strategy and growth initiatives across the firm's private equity, growth equity, credit, infrastructure, real estate, and co-investment strategies. Based in New York, she brings over 22 years of experience in alternative assets and serves on the investment committee for H.I.G. Strategic Partners Funds. She co-chairs the firm's ESG and DE&I Committees.

Griffin received her B.A. in Public Policy and M.B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), where she was a Kenan-Flagler Fellow. She serves on UNC's Advisory Board of the Center for Excellence in Investment Management.
