Jane Dorothy Hartley (born April 18, 1950) is an American businesswoman and diplomat who brings decades of experience in both the public and private sectors to her role as Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a position she assumed in June 2025. She graduated from Newton College of the Sacred Heart in 1972 and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
