Faraj Abuthnain

Faraj Mansour Abu Thnain serves as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Al Moammar Information Systems Co., a Saudi Arabia-based provider of information technology solutions and services. He was appointed to the Board in July 2025 for a four-year term, bringing extensive experience in industrial finance and corporate governance.
