Dr. Moath Ahmed Alyahya

Dr. Moath Ahmed Alyahya was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge Economic City, effective July 19, 2026. He brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and portfolio management. He holds a Ph.D. and is described as a results-driven executive leader with education from Queensland University of Technology (QUT). As CEO of a major Saudi real estate developer, Alyahya oversees KEC's core asset of approximately 2 million square meters of land in Madinah, positioning the company at the intersection of domestic development and Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.

Most recently, Alyahya served as CEO of AlRajhi United Real Estate and held senior leadership roles at the Labor and Social Development Ministry, Osoul Integrated Real Estate, and the Public Pension Agency. Prior to AlRajhi United, he served as Director of Projects and Development at that same organization, contributing to the company's growth and project execution.
