Doyle N. Beneby

Doyle N. Beneby was appointed Independent Chairman of Quanta Services' Board in May 2024. A seasoned energy executive, Beneby brings over 35 years of experience in the energy industry, with expertise in electric and gas utilities, generation operations, and strategic planning. In 2021, he was recognized as one of the Most Influential Black Corporate Directors by Savoy Magazine.

From November 2018 to September 2022, Beneby served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Midland Cogeneration Venture, a natural gas-fired combined electrical energy and steam generation facility. He previously served as president and chief executive officer of CPS Energy from August 2010 until September 2015, where he held a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science from Montana Technical College.
