Deirdre Costello

Deirdre Costello has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of JLL Ireland, effective January 2027, succeeding John Moran who will transition to chairman. Costello currently heads JLL's leasing advisory division and will continue in that role alongside her new CEO responsibilities.

Costello joined JLL in 1994 and has specialized in office agency throughout her tenure. She brings 30 years of experience with JLL and has advised on many of Dublin's landmark office developments. During her time at JLL, she has been involved in numerous landmark buildings in Dublin including Bankcentre Ballsbridge, Capital Dock, Cadenza, Boland's Quay, 60 Dawson Street and Charlemont Square.
