Craig Krandel

Craig Krandel has joined Wrightwell as Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets, a role announced on July 16, 2026. In this position, Krandel will lead the firm's capital markets strategy and execution, supporting acquisitions, financing initiatives and investment activity across Wrightwell's growing residential real estate platform.

Krandel brings more than three decades of experience across fixed income, structured finance and residential real estate capital markets. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin between 1979 and 1983.
