Chi Man Kwan is group chief executive officer of Raffles Family Office, the wealth management firm that is dual headquartered in Hong Kong and Singapore.
In August 2026 the firm announced the appointment of Ken Peng as its first chief investment officer, a newly created role reporting to Kwan.
