Andrew Cummings

Andrew Cummings currently serves as Head of Residential Agency at Savills Middle East, leading the firm's residential expansion across the Gulf Cooperation Council region. He joined Savills in January 2024 to lead its residential property business with plans to expand the residential team to over 100 consultants. Before stepping into the luxury property market, Cummings spent over a decade in public service and consulting, including roles with the UK government and leading development consultancy Adam Smith International.

Andrew previously held the position of Partner and Head of Prime Residential at Knight Frank, where he sold over $272 million (AED1 billion) globally in the last 18 months, at an average sale price of over $10.8 million (AED40 million). He oversaw the sale of two $100 million properties, which at the time were the second and third highest sales in Dubai residential market history. As a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Luxury Property LLC, Andrew has played a crucial role in shaping the luxury real estate market.
