Ahmed Hashem Bahrozyan

Ahmed Hashem Bahrozyan holds an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Colorado, USA, graduated in 1991. He is a seasoned infrastructure and transportation executive with a deep track record in Dubai's public sector.

In December 2023, Bahrozyan was appointed as Chairman of Parkin Company PJSC, a newly established public joint stock company tasked with managing Dubai's public and private parking operations. Parkin is the largest provider of paid parking facilities and services in Dubai, operating under a 49-year concession agreement with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). Under Bahrozyan's leadership, Parkin announced its intention to proceed with an initial public offering on the Dubai Financial Market in 2024.
