Abdullah Abudawood

Abdullah Abudawood was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) effective April 5, 2026, following board approval on January 24, 2026. Abudawood brings more than 25 years of experience across the public and private sectors, with demonstrated expertise in leading institutional transformations, enhancing operational and financial efficiency, capital allocation, governance and risk management, and building public-private investment partnerships.

Abudawood holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with Honors from the University of Business and Technology (UBT), and Executive Programs in General Management from London Business School and Board Management from IMD. He also attended various specialized advanced programs in Leadership, Strategic Planning, Finance and Investment.
