Rothschild and Co SCA is the parent company of the Rothschild group, headquartered in Paris. Formerly named Paris Orleans, it was renamed Rothschild and Co in 2015. It provides global financial advisory, including mergers and acquisitions and financing and restructuring advice, alongside wealth and asset management and merchant banking. Following a tender offer by the Rothschild family holding company Concordia, its shares were delisted from Euronext Paris on 11 October 2023 and the group is now privately held.
