Rocket Companies is a United States mortgage and property services group. It acquired the brokerage Redfin in July 2025 in a deal worth 1.75 billion dollars, and has run it as a subsidiary that retained its own brand and its Seattle headquarters.
Varun Krishna is chief executive of Rocket Companies. On 31 August 2026 the group appointed Alessio Sanfilippo as chief executive officer of Redfin, effective immediately.
