Mercosul Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Founded in 1991, the same year Mercosur was founded, the Chamber of Commerce of Mercosur and the Americas is a civil entity of private law, recognized by the member countries. It acts as a link between the political and regulatory will of governments and the commercial objective of businessmen. The Chamber is headquartered in the city of São Paulo, Federative Republic of Brazil.

Since 2004, the Chamber has worked to coordinate strategic projects between key countries such as Brazil, Mexico and the United States, strengthening industrial and commercial cooperation and driving economic growth throughout the region. The organization operates across multiple sectors including Education, Health, Tourism, Cooperativism, Technology, and Security. Its diverse action programs around the world enable it to weave a dense network of business relationships that are a mine of business for its partners.

The Chamber provides services including an Arbitral Tribunal that offers a fair and balanced process for resolving trade disputes through mediation and arbitration aligned with international standards. It also facilitates international trade certifications, trade missions, and networking events to support member companies in expanding to international markets.
