2PointZero Group (International Holding Company)

2PointZero is an Abu Dhabi-based holding company within IHC, formed in 2024. The entity was formed in late 2025 through a consolidation of three major Abu Dhabi platforms—2PointZero, Multiply Group and Ghitha Holding. The company is focused on Energy and Consumer—two multi-trillion-dollar sectors that power everyday life. Its AI-enabled, diversified portfolio is built for efficiency, synergy, and compounding returns. Anchored by market-leading businesses, 2PointZero drives sustainable growth through disciplined capital allocation, operational excellence, and digital integration.

Total assets hit more than Dh134 billion in 2025, combining energy, consumer and essential services under the International Holding Company umbrella. 2PointZero is a global investment platform operating across the energy and consumer sectors, with a combined asset base of approximately Dh120 billion ($32.67 billion) and a presence in more than 85 countries. Full-year net profit reached Dh3.43 billion ($930 million) on surging revenue, investment gains and consolidation benefits in the first year post-merger.

Key subsidiaries include Ghitha Holding, with a portfolio of agricultural and food companies; Chimera Investments, established in 2007; and the company also oversees Lunate and Beltone. The company is using a proprietary enterprise platform called Pivot, or Predictive Investment, Validation and Opportunity Tool, to automate investment research and monitor subsidiaries in real time.

Recent Leadership

Mariam Almheiri, managing director of 2PointZero, is vice chairwoman, and board members include CEO Samia Bouazza. Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan serves as chairman of 2PointZero Group.
