Prince Fahd holds honorary presidencies including Honorary President of Tabuk Agricultural Development Company, Honorary President of Tabuk Cement Company, and Honorary President of the Saudi Pharmaceutical Society. He is chairman of the Board of Trustees of Fahd Bin Sultan University, which was established in 2003 and approved as a university by King Abdullah in 2011, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Prince Fahd Bin Sultan Social Program Society. Prince Fahd was awarded the Order of King Faisal of the first class, the Jordanian Supreme Order of the Renaissance by King Abdullah II, the 'Hilal-e-Pakistan' award by the President of Pakistan, and the World Academy of Sport Medal.
