Peter Doran serves as Group Chief Operating Officer and Board Director at IREP, bringing more than three decades of experience in real estate and facilities management. He leads global operational strategy, driving integration, efficiency and sustainable performance across all business divisions. A RICS-qualified executive, he is committed to strengthening organisational capability, advancing industry standards and ensuring IREP delivers consistent, high-performing solutions across every market it serves.

Peter is known for his exceptional long-term planning capabilities, strong commercial acumen, and ability to drive growth, efficiencies and results. His leadership is well recognized for delivering long-term strategic planning, commercial growth, and operational efficiencies in real estate management. He has held senior leadership roles in Technology, Manufacturing, and advisory sectors.

• President of Global Corporate Services at Newmark Knight Frank, where he successfully restructured the division into a high-performing, revenue-generating unit
• Senior VP of Corporate Real Estate at GEA AG, where he led global property strategies and spearheaded sustainability initiatives, including renewable energy projects aimed at achieving net-zero carbon targets
• Previous roles at Newmark Knight Frank, Nokia and NCC

Peter studied at London Business School (2009-2010).
