Tan Ning, also known as "Tonny Tan," is a 43-year-old Shandong-born executive who holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Shanghai University. He serves as executive director and chief audit executive (IARMS Director) of the Ferretti Group and the sole director of Ferretti Asia (Zhuhai).

Tan has served in varying capacities across Ferretti Group since 2012, joining as assistant to the president before rising through sales and marketing roles across mainland China and the Asia-Pacific region. He has also held general manager positions at Changzhou FRP Boatbuilding and Bostar Marine Technology concurrently with his Ferretti roles. According to PressMare sources, he is reportedly related to Tan Xuguang, who served as Chairman of Weichai until 2024 and was instrumental in enabling the acquisition of Ferretti Group in 2012.
