Jack Douglas

Jack Douglas was appointed Executive Vice President – Distribution at Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company, effective June 8, 2026. In this role, Douglas is responsible for driving growth for the organization and leading Boston Mutual Life's sales team. Douglas brings more than 30 years of insurance and sales leadership experience to the position, including expertise in worksite insurance and an established record of sales growth and market development.

Douglas holds a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. A 1992 graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, Douglas is a member of The Citadel Athletic Hall of Fame and the South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame.
