Talent advisory firm DHR Global has announced the addition of Veronique Denis-Pelliet as a partner in its technology and retail and consumer practices in Singapore, effective June 1, 2026. The appointment marks Denis-Pelliet's return to DHR after previous experience at the firm, reinforcing the executive search leader's commitment to deepening its presence across Asia-Pacific as demand for senior leadership talent intensifies in complex regional markets. The executive joins from Pedersen and Partners, where she held the title of client partner and head of ESG practice for Asia-Pacific.
Denis-Pelliet has established credentials spanning more than a decade in executive search, environmental, social, and governance leadership, and international business development. Her track record includes leading multicultural teams across Southeast Asia, China, Europe, and Singapore. DHR said her deep expertise and resilience have made her a trusted adviser for organizations navigating increasingly complex global markets. In her statement, Denis-Pelliet emphasized the significance of the return engagement, noting that organizations face complex leadership demands across technology, consumer markets, and international operations. No search firm involvement in the placement was disclosed.
Denis-Pelliet's career trajectory reflects sustained commitment to Asia-Pacific expansion and cross-border business development. Before her tenure at Pedersen and Partners, she served as general manager of Southeast Asia for Lincoln HR Group, a boutique French executive search company where she established the region's business unit. Her earlier work included stints at Singapore Telecom in large accounts sales and more than 20 years with Orange Group and related entities, including roles in China business development, international bid management, and corporate account leadership. She earned a master of business administration in economics, marketing, and international affairs from ICN Business School. Denis-Pelliet also holds formal French government credentials, having served as a three-year trade adviser starting in 2013 and receiving the Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite in 2021 for contributions to business and trade. She currently serves as president of the French Foreign Trade Advisors Singapore Committee.
DHR Global operates more than 60 offices across 22 countries and is recognized as one of the industry's largest privately held executive search and leadership consulting firms. The company has been in operation since 1989 and maintains expertise across more than 20 industries and functional areas including technology, financial services, private equity, human resources, industrial, and consumer and retail. The firm has received recognition from Forbes, Inc., and Newsweek, with particular distinction for culture and growth. CEO Priya Taneja has positioned the firm as a leader in global talent advisory, emphasizing the importance of consultants with firsthand industry experience serving mid-market and enterprise clients.
The appointment signals DHR Global's continued investment in Asia-Pacific leadership capacity, part of a broader expansion strategy announced in recent months. The firm recently named Jessica Bayer as managing partner for Washington, D.C., and David Cho as a partner in Seoul covering industrial, technology, and private equity practices. The Denis-Pelliet hire appears designed to strengthen DHR's ability to serve multinational organizations operating across technology and consumer sectors in Southeast Asia, particularly those seeking leaders equipped to manage ESG-related governance challenges. Her fluency in both English and French, combined with deep relationships in the region and prior DHR experience, positions her to bridge client needs with DHR's global consultant network. The timing of the appointment, following strong industry momentum in 2025 when top U.S. and Americas search firms generated over $6.69 billion in fee revenue, suggests confidence in sustained demand for senior-level executive search services in growth markets.
