Humaid Mohammad Al Qutami

H.E. Humaid Mohamed Obaid Al Qutami is a government & corporate leader with comprehensive understanding of UAE business market and environment. He was Chairman at Commercial Bank of Dubai from 2018 to 2024. Born in Ras Al Khaimah in 1959, Al Qutami holds an MBA from Western Michigan University (1985).

He served at UAE national level as the former UAE Minister of Health & then Minister of Education, and served as the Chairman of the UAE Federal Authority for Government Human Resources. He joined CBD's board in March 2015, bringing several years of notable government experience. He is the Director General of Dubai Health Authority, and a member of the Executive Council of Government of Dubai.
