Andrew Torre

Andrew Torre serves as President of Value-Added Services at Visa, a role he assumed in June 2025. In this position, Torre is responsible for designing, developing and delivering Visa's VAS portfolio of products and solutions. Visa's VAS business has rapidly grown into a $9B global business that has delivered annualized revenue growth of 20% since 2021. Torre is focusing on areas such as AI and digital assets, positioning Visa to compete with Mastercard in emerging fintech domains.

Most recently, Torre served as Regional President of the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) region, where he was responsible for driving the transformation of Visa's operations in 86 countries and territories. During his tenure leading CEMEA since 2018, Torre has overseen significant revenue growth, strengthened engagements with clients and partners, and expanded Visa's regional presence to 23 offices, serving more than 1,800 clients in 86 markets. He led the CEMEA region through a time of unprecedented growth, significantly growing revenue, strengthening client engagement and expanding Visa's presence across the region.

Torre joined Visa in 2002, holding global roles in product, strategy, and pricing, as well as multiple regional leadership roles. He became Visa's Group Country Manager in Russia in 2013 and later served as Group Country Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa before his promotion to CEMEA Regional President.
