Hani Al-Jehani

Hani Al-Jehani was appointed Acting CEO of Hassana Investment Company in July 2025 following the departure of long-time leader Saad Alfadly. He was subsequently appointed Chief Investment Officer in July 2025, responsible for overseeing the total investment portfolio across both local and international markets. Hassana manages more than $320 billion in assets under management and serves over 10 million members as the investment arm of the General Organization for Social Insurance.

Al-Jehani joined Hassana in 2014 and has held various senior leadership positions within the investment team, including Chief Investment Officer – International Markets from 2022, where he led management of investments across all major asset classes in global markets. Before joining Hassana, he worked in the Investment Research Department at the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI). In 2017, he was recognized by Chief Investment Officer Magazine as one of its "40 Under 40".

Al-Jehani holds a bachelor's degree with a double major from Saint Mary's University in Halifax. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Riyad Bank since 2022, and is a Board Member in Maarif Holding Company and Maarif Education, as well as a Member of the Audit Committee in Jawda Integrated Real Estate Company, UMM Alqura For Development and Construction, Osool Integrated Real Estate Company and RAZA Company.
