Sheikha Dana Naser Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah

Sheikha Dana Naser Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah was appointed KIPCO's Group CEO in January 2022 after serving as a KIPCO Board member since 2020. She leads one of the MENA region's largest holding companies, managing assets exceeding $33 billion with significant ownership stakes in over 60 companies across 24 countries. She has been featured in Forbes Middle East's list of the 100 most powerful businesswomen for 2024, and was listed on the publication's 'Sustainability Leaders 2025' list in the category of investment and holding companies.

Sheikha Dana is the Founder and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the American University of Kuwait (AUK) and the Chairperson of United Education Company, Jordan Kuwait Bank and OSN. She also holds a board position with Kamco Invest. She was previously the CEO of Al Futtooh Holding Company. Notably, she serves as Chairperson of United Education Company, and was elected Chairperson of Jordan Kuwait Bank's Board of Directors, becoming the first female to hold this position in a Jordanian bank.

Sheikha Dana holds an honorary doctorate of humane letters from Dartmouth College and a BA in English literature from Kuwait University. She also studied at the University of Indiana in Bloomington, USA.
