Rohit Nanda

Rohit Nanda was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Investcorp Capital effective April 2, 2024. He has more than 22 years' experience working in financial services, spending 15 of those years at Investcorp Group. Prior to his appointment, Rohit was the Head of Operations and Head of Investment Structuring and Business Support, Asia at Investcorp where he led end-to-end financial business support for the organization, as well as ownership of processes across the investment cycle.

Between 2014 and 2024, Rohit was Head of Investment Structuring and Business Support for Asia, where he led a team responsible for structuring private equity and real estate deals in Asia, as well as providing business support and services to the regional offices. He also oversaw the tax and financial compliance aspects of the transactions conducted by Investcorp in the region, and served as Head of Operations in the Bahrain office. Prior to that, Rohit was a Director of Business Development and a member of the Investment Committee at private equity firm Lagoon Capital in Dubai.

Rohit Nanda is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder, holding a master's degree in science with a specialization in finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He previously spent five years with Investcorp including three years in Investment Administration (London) and two years in Business Analysis Reporting (Bahrain) before moving to work for QInvest and Ambit in Doha, Qatar.
