Kenmare Resources plc is an Irish incorporated titanium minerals and zircon producer. It operates the Moma mine on the coast of northern Mozambique, where it mines heavy mineral sands and produces ilmenite, rutile and zircon.
Corporate developments: the company confirmed in October 2026 that it had received a non-binding proposal from International Resources Holdings regarding a possible cash offer for its entire issued and to be issued share capital, made under Rule 2.4 of the Irish Takeover Rules with no price disclosed. In the same month the company said it had received no official confirmation on the renewal of the Moma implementation agreement and that mining operations run under a separate regulatory framework.
