Ahmed Al Mohsen

Ahmed bin Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Mohsen was appointed in January 2025 as an independent Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Al Rashid Industrial Co., a Saudi Arabian plastics manufacturer engaged in production of plastic products through drawing, injection, thermoforming and blowing techniques.

Al-Mohsen currently serves as Head of Financial Group at The Saudi Investment Bank, where he holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. His educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Missouri, a Bachelor of Accounting from King Saud University, an American Fellowship of Chartered Accountants (CPA), a Saudi Fellowship of Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA), a Strategic Financial Leadership Program at Stanford University, and Executive Programs at London Business School.
