Meghan Frank

Meghan Frank was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of lululemon athletica in November 2020, becoming the company's first female CFO. As of January 2026, she serves as interim co-CEO alongside Chief Commercial Officer André Maestrini, following a CEO transition announced in December 2025.

Frank joined lululemon in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and served as interim co-CFO beginning in April 2020. In her CFO role, Frank assumes responsibility for finance, tax, treasury, investor relations, asset protection, facilities, operations excellence, and strategy functions.
