Ranko Matic

Ranko Matic recently transitioned to Non-Executive Chairman of Panther Metals Limited (ASX: PNT) in October 2026, after serving as Executive Director of the nickel-cobalt and gold exploration company. A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years' experience in financial and executive management, accounting, audit, business and corporate advisory, Matic has founded corporate advisory firm Consilium Corporate in 2017. Matic holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Mineral Exploration Geoscience from Curtin University. He was the founder of Roman Kings, which held the Crawford and Gambier Lass North projects until he vended them into Kingwest Resources (KWR) in 2017 for $3.6M in scrip. He has also developed assets in the NT within his Montejinni Resources company prior to their vend into Tempest Minerals (ASX:TMR) for their IPO in 2017.
