Manus Costello will be appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer and join the Board as an Executive Director, subject to regulatory approval. He will become interim Group CFO with immediate effect. Manus Costello will be based in London and report directly to Group Chief Executive, Bill Winters. The bank also announced that Tanuj Kapilashrami would become group chief operating officer. She currently serves as chief strategy and talent officer and has played a key role in shaping the bank's operational and organisational reforms.
