Eoin Gilhooly is a Partner in Deloitte Ireland's Technology & Transformation practice, specialising in large-scale SAP delivery and complex, end-to-end business transformation programmes. His focus is on end-to-end SAP delivery across consumer goods, life sciences and government, supporting clients through programmes where scale, integration, execution discipline and timelines are critical to success.

Gilhooly brings more than 25 years' experience in professional services, with a proven track record of delivering complex SAP-enabled transformations for large organisations across consumer goods, life sciences and government. He has led some of the largest and most complex SAP deployments undertaken by Irish and multinational organisations across Europe, Africa and the US, supporting organisations through enterprise-wide transformations where execution quality & delivery timelines were critical. His career has been defined by building high-performing delivery teams, working closely with client leadership teams, and translating ambition into outcomes across complex, multi-country deployments.

Gilhooly holds a Masters in Management Science from University College Dublin, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering and Maths from Trinity College Dublin.
