The U.S.-Saudi Business Council (USSBC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1993 dedicated to strengthening bilateral business relations between the United States and Saudi Arabia. Based in Vienna, Virginia with offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the organization operates in the International Trade and Development sector. With approximately 31 employees and $5.8 million in revenue, the USSBC serves as the premier bilateral business council dedicated solely to U.S.-Saudi commercial relations.

The Council provides market intelligence, member-to-member connections, and logistical support to help companies navigate complexity and unlock growth. Services include consulting, market research, and business development across diverse sectors including energy, healthcare, technology, defense, aviation, and renewable energy. With over 30 years of experience, the Council has helped hundreds of U.S. and Saudi companies facilitate meaningful partnerships.

Recent Leadership News

In October 2025, Lubna Olayan and Jane Fraser were appointed as Co-Chairs of the Board of Directors. Charles Hallab serves as President and CEO, while the organization announced an expanded Board of Directors in May 2026 featuring leaders from finance, energy, technology, and defense sectors. In May 2025, the Council launched a Strategic Partnership Center to accelerate bilateral business partnerships and investments.
