INCYBER Forum Europe 2027 will be held at Lille Grand Palais, Lille, from 9 to 11 March 2027. This is the 19th edition of the event formerly known as FIC, organised by Forward Global and held under the high patronage of President Emmanuel Macron.
INCYBER Forum Europe is the leading European cybersecurity and digital trust event. The 2027 theme, given by the organiser as Agentic vertigo, addresses the security of autonomous systems. Associated events include CoRIIN, the ID Forum, Secure AI and the European Cyber Cup. The 2026 edition featured the chief executives of Crédit Agricole, OVHcloud, iliad and Proton, the deputy chief executive of Thales, the director general of ANSSI and European Commission executive vice president Henna Virkkunen.
For executives, INCYBER is the European gathering where cyber risk is treated as a board matter rather than a technical one. Chief executives, chief information security officers, chief risk officers and the heads of national cyber agencies and European institutions attend, and the presidential patronage and ANSSI presence make it a venue for reading regulatory direction. The 2027 theme on agentic systems points at the governance questions boards face as autonomous software agents enter corporate operations, and the 2026 speaker list shows the level of leadership that the event draws.
