Salon International de l'Agriculture 2027 will be held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris, from 27 February to 7 March 2027. The Paris International Agricultural Show is organised by Comexposium on behalf of CENECA.
The show is the annual meeting place of the agricultural world, covering agriculture, agri-food and public policy. According to the organiser, the 2026 edition drew 437,402 visitors, 1,146 exhibitors and 79 official visits. For 2027 Serbia is the country of honour, and the SIA'PRO programme targets professional visitors alongside the general public.
For executives, the show matters less for what is sold on the floor than for who walks it. It is a mandatory stop for the President of the Republic and for ministers, and in 2027 the presidential candidates are expected to follow the same route. Chief executives of agri-food and farm equipment groups attend to meet political leaders and international delegations and to read the policy mood ahead of the presidential election. The SIA'PRO programme gives professional visitors a dedicated route through a show that otherwise draws a very large public audience.
