Sirha Lyon 2027 will be held at Eurexpo Lyon, Lyon, from 21 to 25 January 2027. The biennial food service and hospitality trade show is organised by GL events.
Sirha Lyon is presented as the world's leading food service and hospitality trade show. According to the organiser, it draws more than 257,000 professionals, more than 2,300 exhibitors and more than 4,700 brands across its five days. The show hosts the finals of the Bocuse d'Or and the Pastry World Cup, and for 2027 it adds a dedicated wines and spirits sector to its coverage of foodservice, hospitality and the food industry.
For executives, Sirha is where the restaurant, catering, hotel and food manufacturing industries set their commercial agenda for the two years between editions. Chief executives of catering and restaurant groups, hotel operators, food and beverage manufacturers and equipment makers attend with their purchasing and development teams, and the competition finals bring international attention that suppliers use to launch products. The new wines and spirits sector extends that audience to beverage producers and distributors seeking hospitality customers.
Eurexpo Lyon, at Chassieu, is the GL events exhibition site that also hosts Global Industrie 2027 in March.
