EquipHotel Paris 2026 will be held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris, from 2 to 5 November. The biennial show is organised by RX France, and the dates are confirmed on the agenda of Viparis, the venue operator.
EquipHotel is the international trade show for the hotel and restaurant industry. Over four days it brings hotel group executives, restaurateurs, designers and suppliers to Porte de Versailles, covering the equipment, furnishing, design and services that hospitality operators buy for their properties.
For executives, the show is the principal French meeting point between hospitality operators and their supply chain. Chief executives and development directors of hotel groups use it to review the suppliers and design partners behind their refurbishment and opening programmes, procurement heads negotiate framework terms with equipment makers, and restaurateurs compare kitchen, service and front of house solutions. Hotel investors attend to read the direction of design and operating standards that will influence asset values, which is why the show also carries weight with the hotel investment community and with the lenders who finance hotel portfolios.
