Préventica Lyon 2026 will be held at Eurexpo Lyon, Chassieu, from 6 to 8 October. The congress and exhibition is organised by Préventica, and the dates are confirmed on the agenda of GL events Lyon, the venue operator.
Préventica is the reference French congress and exhibition for workplace health, safety and security. The event rotates across major French cities, and the Lyon 2026 edition occupies Eurexpo for three days, combining an exhibition of equipment and service providers with a large conference programme covering occupational health, safety, security and risk management.
The audience is made up of HSE directors, security directors, HR leaders and public sector buyers, the people who hold the budgets for protective equipment, monitoring systems, training and consultancy. For chief executives and boards, the event matters because responsibility for workplace safety and site security sits with them, and the conference programme is where regulatory expectations and peer practice are set out. Public sector procurement teams use the exhibition to compare suppliers for the coming year, and HR leaders track the prevention and wellbeing services that are reshaping employer obligations.
Eurexpo Lyon, at Chassieu, will also host Sirha Lyon in January 2027 and Global Industrie in March 2027, giving the venue a dense calendar of trade fairs over the coming months.
