QMED 2026, the Qatar International Medical Devices and Healthcare Exhibition and Conference, will be held at the Qatar National Convention Centre, Doha, from 14 to 16 October. The event is organised by Sogha Exhibitions and Conferences Company and occupies Hall 7 of the venue.
The exhibition and conference bring medical device manufacturers, distributors, hospital procurement teams and regulators together on a single floor, with a conference programme running alongside the exhibition. It is the first of two healthcare trade events in Doha's final quarter, preceding Qatar Medicare, which takes place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center in December.
For executives, QMED is where hospital chief executives, Ministry of Public Health officials and medical technology suppliers meet to review equipment, service and distribution arrangements for the Qatari market. Hospital procurement heads use it to assess devices and suppliers, international manufacturers use it to appoint or review local distributors, and regulators use the conference to communicate registration and compliance expectations. Boards of regional distributors use the three days to review their supplier portfolios.
