The Sharjah Investment Forum holds its ninth edition at the Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre in Sharjah on 14 and 15 October 2026. The forum is organised by the Sharjah FDI Office, which operates as Invest in Sharjah, in partnership with the UAE Ministry of Investment, and runs this year under the theme Building Adaptive Economies.

The forum gathers ministers, heads of investment promotion agencies, chief executives and institutional investors to discuss foreign direct investment flows, economic diversification and the sectors in which Sharjah is seeking capital, including advanced manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, education, tourism and the creative industries. The 2025 edition drew around 12,000 participants and some 130 ministers, according to figures reported by Sharjah's government media at the time the 2026 dates were announced, and the UAE Minister of Investment, Mohamed Alsuwaidi, has been quoted in support of the forum.

Sharjah has built a distinct investment proposition around its industrial base, its free zones and its position as the UAE's cultural and educational centre. The forum is the emirate's principal platform for presenting that proposition internationally and for announcing partnerships and incentives.

For executives, the forum offers access to Sharjah's government and free zone leadership and to the federal Ministry of Investment in a single setting. Leaders of manufacturing, logistics and services companies weighing a UAE base outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and the advisers and financiers who support them, will find it a practical venue. The dates are confirmed by Sharjah government media quoting the organiser; readers should check the official forum site for the detailed programme as it is published.
