Majid Sultan Al Muhairi

Majid Sultan Al Muhairi was appointed CEO of the Digital Health Sector at Dubai Health Authority under Executive Council Resolution No. 53 of 2026. The appointment gives DHA a dedicated senior executive responsible for an area that has become one of the principal pillars of Dubai's healthcare strategy.

Al Muhairi brings substantial experience in digital transformation and healthcare technology. He previously served as director of the Information Technology Department at DHA and was involved in government digital-integration projects, including the Jabr system for coordinating services following a death. As Official Spokesperson of the Jabr System, Al Muhairi articulated its human-centred approach, stating the service extends to offering psychological and social support to families before, during, and after the condolence period.
