Lotta Edling

Lotta Edling serves as Director of Publishing at Bonnier News, the largest media group in the Nordic Countries. In this role, she focuses on digital subscription growth and the importance of journalism in addressing global sustainability challenges. She recently joined the board of Business Post Group as Bonnier News expanded its investment in the Irish media market.

Edling has extensive experience as a journalist and editorial leader from business publications such as Affärsvärlden, Ekonomi24 and Veckans Affärer. She was head of the news desk for Dagens industri from 2009, before taking over as editor-in-chief on January 1, 2016. During her tenure, she created a new digital business, invested in content and launched Di TV as a strategic platform. She transitioned to her role as head of journalistic development for Bonnier News in August 2018, after approximately three years as editor-in-chief.

Edling serves as a board member for numerous Bonnier entities including the Bonnier News business area, Expressen, Dagens Nyheter, HD-Sydsvenskan, Bonnier Business Media, Fastighetsnytt and Dagbladet Børsen. She holds an INSEAD qualification from 2021-2022. She has spoken at major international journalism conferences including the INMA World Congress of News Media.
