Jeremie Benhaim is a Senior Director in the Financial Services Industry practice at Alvarez and Marsal in Dubai, working on financial services mergers and acquisitions across the Middle East, Turkiye and Africa. He spent ten years at Barclays in the Financial Institutions Group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and in corporate development, based in Dubai and London. His advisory work includes the sale of Barclays stake in Absa and ADQ on its acquisition of Odeabank. He holds an MSc in finance from UCD Smurfit.
