Heavy Engineering Industries and Shipbuilding Company K.S.C. (Public), known as HEISCO, is a Kuwaiti engineering, procurement and construction contractor founded in 1974 and formerly named Kuwait Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company, renamed in 2003. It serves the oil and gas, refining, petrochemical, power and desalination sectors and undertakes shipbuilding and repair, dredging and marine construction, operating a shipyard at Shuwaikh Port. It is listed on the Premier Market of Boursa Kuwait.
